Important Note: Our Refill Policy is a part of our Booking Policy. Please review both ahead of your apppointment.

Fair on your eyes, your wallet and our stylists

Generally a person can shed 1 to 5 lashes each day. That’s around 20% every two weeks and 40-60% in a month. We are beholden therefore to your natural shedding cycle as we attach our lash extensions to your natural lashes.

Our stylists are amazing but there is only so much they can do with your remaining lashes and in the time allotted for a 30 or 60 minute appointment.

We encourage our clients therefore to build a regular refill cadence as per our Refill Policy of days between refills to ensure that they know what to expect from us when they book in terms of required refill time and expected costs.

Booking requirements:

  • A 30 mins Refill appointment cannot be booked after 11-days or more has passed since your last refill.

  • Clients must have 20 or more lashes per eye for the appointment to be considered a refill.

  • If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye), a Week 3, 75 minute appointment will be required.

  • If less than 35% of your lash extensions remain (per eye), a new Full Set will be required.

  • When you call to book an appointment, our reception staff will review your history and advise you on which type of refill appointment will be required based on our Refill Policy.

  • Should you book online and we notice the gap is too long between refills to be able to deliver the high level of quality we adhere to, we will call you to adjust the appointment accordingly as per our Refill Policy.

  • Should you be a first time client with existing lash extensions from a different salon that you are hoping to extend the life of before transitioning to ours over time, a 60 min appointment will be required to assess your remaining lashes and complete a refill. An Extra lashes fee may be required.
