Natural eyelashes like hairs on your head are shed and re-grown on a regular basis. Your eyelash extensions therefore are only as permanent as your natural lashes. Everyone has different individual lash growth cycles but generally a person can shed 1 to 5 lashes each day or around 20% of a persons natural lashes shed every two weeks. New eyelashes continually grow to replace lashes that fall out and for most of the time, we do not notice the shedding.
When cared for properly, your eyelash extension can last the full length of your natural lash cycle. However, because your individual natural lashes are shed at different times, you will likely require a lash fill every one to two weeks maintain a full appearance.
For this reason we have created Lash Fill Memberships to encourage our clients to build a visit to Glow Up into their weekly or bi-weekly regular schedule. Each membership includes the required number of lash fills each month to maintain the best appearance of the eyelash extensions and a range of other benefits as well. Minimum subscription is 1-month. First month subscription is non-refundable.
Unused lash fills rollover but must be used within 3-months before they expire.
Vouchers are non-refundable but they can be put towards other Services and Gratuities prior to their expiration at the end of 3-months, including after cancellation of your membership.
Should you choose to work with a Senior or Master Stylist there will be a small up-charge.
Volume Mega Members receive 75 min lash fills per month instead of 60 mins due to the complexity of the style.

Removing lash extensions
The lash adhesive used to attach extensions works by bonding the eyelash extensions on the natural lashes. This means, if you try to pull out the extensions, you pull out the natural lashes as well.
If you no longer want the extensions on your eyes, it is highly recommended to return to the salon to see a professional so that they can remove them without damaging the natural lashes.
