Is facial waxing for me?
Facial waxing is ideal for those looking to for a long lasting solution to the gentle removal of facial hair. Should you struggle with quickly growing hair over the lip, sideburns and other facial features, then facial waxing is an ideal solution and once removed, you would not need a new service for around four weeks.
Our facial waxing services
Facial waxing allows our stylists to cleanly remove hair from around the face. Options include a lip wax, cheek wax and a sideburn wax for example in addition to a “Full Facial Wax”. We use exclusively use professional wax from Cirépil by PERRON RIGOT of Paris. Our eyebrow waxes are gluten free and paraben free, have a vegan formula, and are cruelty free.
The facial waxing process
As with all beauty services at Glow Up, it all starts with a consultation. Everyone’s face shape is different so it is important to assess everyone individually and design and agree a facial waxing approach together.
Then we cleanse and mark out the precise hair removal lines. This process is often calls “mapping”.
The stylist then applies the wax to the areas where hair is to be removed and gently strips the facial hair before the wax has completely set.
Finally you are wiped down and you are ready to see your hair-free face!
